Hello! My name is Jacqueline Tomko and I am the consultation specialist for and owner of Everyday Design. 

 

My primary goal at Everyday Design is to help guide everyday people, who may not have thousands of dollars to spend on their home, to aesthetically capture their desired vision for their space.

Let’s face it, everyone wants to live in a space that is visually pleasing to their eyes.  With that in mind, my reason for starting Everyday Design was driven both by my love of creating beautiful atmospheres and my innate desire to truly help people of all walks of life to achieve something truly unique with their space, big or small.  I believe that everyone should have an equal opportunity to make their home or business beautiful and completely their own, no matter what their financial status or classification may be.  I believe having an aesthetically pleasing home or business space is not a privilege that should only belong to those of monetary means, but can be afforded to everyone, the everyday people of society, which is where the majority of us fall.

 

Over the years, I had noticed a sharp increase and an extreme need for color specialists like myself with a natural eye for design and décor application, yet the options were truly limited and especially so for the general public.  My services are intended to link the everyday color and design needs of the mass majority of people with my skills and abilities, no matter where you reside.

My first love in life has always been working and playing with color, ever since I was very young.  As I’ve matured through the years, and grown through new experiences, I had noticed a consistent theme throughout the various jobs I’ve undertaken through out my life.  Although some may have danced in between my artistic abilities and naturally innovative mind, each one, at its core, involved helping people.  Beyond my passion for color, I am, very much so, a people person.  I genuinely care about the well-being of others and want to help.  Some may just call it my artistic side, but I call it my genuine compassion and desire to help others.

In an attempt to combine my personal enjoyment of being a sociable person and assisting others with my superior aptitude for color coordination and design, I have decided to combine my strongest passions in life together as one and, so, Everyday Design was born! 

 

Everyday Design, quite simply, is for everyday people.  I feel that there is a true and ongoing need for color consultants and I am very confident that I will not only meet that ever present need, but I can assure you that I will go above and beyond meeting your expectations every time!

Beyond my vast experience in customer service, across many forms and facets, and my meticulous attention to detail, I also hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, concentrating in painting and color study as to best provide my clients with the confidence of knowing they are working with an expert in the field.  Along with my inborn talents and achieved degrees, I have spent years in the field of color consultation and have assisted thousands of satisfied clients.  Tthe experience has provided me with a refined set of skills that only real life application can provide so that I can best assist any who call on me for my services.

I consistently strive for perfection in all work that I do, enjoy new challenges, and pride myself in my astute listening skills with every client I work with.  I am ready and eager to use my color knowledge and keen eye for design to better help serve and guide each of my clients throughout the day at Everyday Design and look forward to starting a new project with you!
